Some content in Solid Pantry may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Information you provide may be processed by AI service providers to generate meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, or related suggestions.
3. AI and Automated Processing
Solid Pantry may use artificial intelligence or automated processing to help generate recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, ingredient organization, and related recommendations.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing all recipes, ingredients, allergens, quantities, grocery items, product information, and recommendations before cooking, purchasing, or consuming food.
We may use submitted prompts, preferences, recipes, grocery lists, and feedback to operate, analyze, improve, and develop the Service, including by improving the quality and safety of generated results.
5. Grocery and Third-Party Integrations
Solid Pantry may link to or integrate with third-party grocery stores, delivery services, retailers, APIs, or shopping platforms.
If you choose to use a third-party grocery integration, we may share information needed to provide that feature, such as grocery list items, quantities, recipe details, location/store preferences, or other information required to create a shopping list or cart.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their privacy practices, product availability, pricing, substitutions, delivery, checkout, or fulfillment.
Grocery partner checkout, cart creation, delivery, or retailer handoff features may be available only to users who are at least 18 years old. If you use those features, we may process information needed to create a cart or shopping list and may record that you confirmed eligibility for partner checkout.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information where reasonably possible, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before being deleted according to normal retention cycles.

If we later send marketing emails, you will be able to unsubscribe from those emails. You may still receive important service-related emails.

However, no website, app, database, or internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and email account secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
11. Children’s Privacy
Solid Pantry is not intended for children under 13.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Third-party grocery partner checkout or cart handoff features are not intended for users under 18. We may use device storage or similar technologies to remember eligibility choices related to those features.

The Service is intended for users in the United States unless we state otherwise.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

We may use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated information for analytics, research, product improvement, business planning, and Service development.
This information does not reasonably identify you personally.
