  • Green beans, trimmed
  • Yellow onion, wedges
  • Garlic cloves, smashed
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey or brown sugar, 1 tbsp
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
